the consumer will run out of choices before too long. When the consumer only thinks of savings, the seller stops having a reason to be innovative and make new products. So long as the consumer is happy with stale products, they will be fine. If the consumer has any desire to keep the market going with new and innovative parts, they need to put the seller at the top of the totem pole instead of at the bottom.
